- Lay a percentage of the initial bank on a given selection (in this example, the favourite in place markets, horse races)
- If a bet lost, divide the loss equally between the remaining bets
- If a bet won, deduct the winnings from the loss, then divide the remaining amount between the remaining bets. If the loss has been recouped, keep laying the earlier calculated bets remaining in the cycle.
- Baz @ Fri, 16 Oct 2009 16:21 GMTI like the concept of this trigger but will only work on the first race. Do I have to set sum of the user variables to make it follow the cycle ?
- Feeder @ Fri, 23 Oct 2009 15:41 GMTBaz, it will work on the next races too, once the first race is settled. The previous race being settled is a compulsory condition for betting in the next race.

This staking plan is a variation of the "Backing Multi-Link Doubles", only it lays instead of backing and recoups loss instead of adding up the winnings. Here are its differences:
This plan is explained by one of MF Pro users on the forum.

To help you understand how it works we're attaching the screenshot from the account statement generated from the bets placed by the triggers.

The bank starts at £100. The length of the cycle is 6 (6 bets). You can change it by editing the trigger named "setting the length of cycle".
The first bet is therefore calculated as 5% of £100 = £5. It loses, then its loss of £1.5 is divided between the remaining 5 bets = £0.3.
The size of the next bet is 4% of the original bank + 0.3 = £4.3. It loses as well. The total loss is now 1.5 + 0.52 = £2.02. We divide this by 4 (the number of remaining bets) = 0.505.
The next bet consists of the 3% of the initial bank, plus 0.3 from the first loss, plus 0.505 from the last loss, making it 3 + 0.3 + 0.505 = £3.81. This bet loses as well, and the next bet is computed in the same way. The total loss is now equal to 1.5 + 0.52 + 4.11 = £6.13.
Finally, that bet wins, and the amount of winnings minus commission (£4.61) is deducted from the total loss: 6.13 - 4.61 = £1.52. This figure is divided between the rest 2 bets: 0.76.
So the next bet makes 1% + 0.3 + 0.505 + 2.043 + 0.76 = £4.61. It wins again, so we deduct it from the remaining loss: 1.52 - 4.61 - this makes a negative number, meaning that the loss is now completely recouped. For that reason we no more modify the next bets' sizes.
The last bet is calculated as 0% + 0.3 + 0.505 + 2.043 + 0.76 = £3.61. And it ends the cycle of 6 bets.
The next bet's size is calculated as 5% of the new bank of 106.29, and the whole cycle is started over.
