Description
Bet in markets without a clear favourite (the favourite's price before the off should be >= 2.0).
When the market turns in-play, lay on the second favourite, if it is priced between 1.7 and 2.5.

Short Explanation
The block consists of two triggers. The first one looks for any selection that is priced below 2.0, at 30 seconds before the scheduled start. If it finds one (or more), that selection will be remembered for the future.
The second trigger does the actual laying in-play. It checks if the second fav's odds are between 1.7 and 2.5, and if no selections were affected by the first trigger (that is, if there were no selections priced below 2.0 before the off), it lays the default lay amount at the best available lay price.
