Description

Lay the third favourite 1 min before the off if the fourth favourite is at least 5 ticks above, if the price of the 3rd fav is between 5.5 and 7.5, and if it's price is higher that the favourite's by at least 1.5.

Short Explanation

The first condition makes sure the third fav is priced between 5.5 and 7.5. The second and third conditions checks if it is at least 1.5 above the fav's price, and at least 5 ticks below the fourth fav's price.
